I am a psychotherapist conducting psychodynamic therapy for adult individuals, groups and couples.
The main area of my interest is to analyze the patient’s inner world, which focuses on conscious and unconscious motives and conflicts.
During therapy I assist the patient in building their authenticity as well as help to integrate unwanted parts of self.
I help in solving problems such as:
– increased anxiety and stress
– depression
-psychosomatic disorders
-personality disorders
– current life crisis
– Adult psychotherapist at the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in Otwock near Warsaw.
– Group co-therapist in the open ward of the Neurotic Disorders Clinic.
– Intern at the Neurosis and Eating Disorders Clinic of the Psychiatry and Neurology Hospital in Warsaw
– Master’s Degree at the Faculty of Philosophy of the Cardinal Wyszyński University in Warsaw
– Full postgraduate training in psychotherapy authorized by the Polish Psychiatry Association
As a member of the Polish Psychiatry Association, I follow the ethical principles of this Society. I undergo regular supervision as one of the many rules and recommendations of the mentioned organization.
