Violetta Zając

PL

I am a certified psychotherapist of the Polish Psychological Association and trainee supervisor of Polskie Towarzystwo Psychologiczne. At the Therapy and Development Workshop I conduct individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults, therapy for families and married couples. I work in the systemic current, inspired by analytical thinking. I consult parents and educators on parenting difficulties with teenagers.
I have regular supervision, currently with Mr Jacek Budejko and Prof. Bogdan de Barbaro. In my therapeutic work, I am committed to a holistic understanding of the person and to taking into account the social and spiritual context in which the person lives.
What is important to me is a multifaceted view of the person, the situation, curiosity, openness to otherness, sensitivity to language, the search for a systemic description of the person and the situation, the primacy of dialogue before being an expert.
